Wine is an alcoholic beverage made by fermentation of the juice, fresh or concentrated, of grapes.
Its name comes from the variety “Vitis Vinifera” which is the variety of grapes from which the majority of those used for the elaboration of wines descend, and the first to be used for it (although there are some exceptions to this last fact).
The characteristics of the product are given by the factors that affect their vineyards, such as the region with climate, soil and topology, as well as the care given by the producers who produce it.
It is known that a grape that grows in a certain place and produces a certain wines, carried and cultivated elsewhere, it will surely produce different characteristics.
For wine production, freshly harvested grapes are pressed to release their juice, which is rich in sugars.
